I can't tell you how much I appreciate your business.  With that said- I am not a huge corporation and cannot afford the same turnaround and risk-free purchasing. I will increase options as soon as growth allows.

Portfolio 51 Branded Merchandise

  • Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
  • Replacements also require a three-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order.

Portfolio 51 Branded Apparel, Headwear, or Accessories

  • Portfolio 51 has a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. (exceptions for shipping delays cutting into that time period)
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • At this time, you will be responsible for the one-way return shipping cost. Portfolio 51 will cover all other costs associated with the return if approved.
    • Please read the sizing help/guides to ensure you order the correct size.

  • What if the product is damaged in the mail?
    • We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to returns@portfolio51.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Other Brands

Craft of Lyfe, Everwood, Byron Bond, Lakara

  • The brand will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached.
  • The brand will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.
  • Customers will contact Portfolio with any requests for return and Portfolio 51 will then contact the brand.

 

Recommended Products, Supplements, & Books

  • All recommended products, supplements, & books are NOT Portfolio 51 products.  They are recommendations, and part of an affiliate program available on Amazon.  Please contact Amazon with any issues regarding their products. 

 

Additional Information

  • Additional non-returnable items:   Gift cards
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact returns@portfolio51.com for any return shipping information/addresses.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


There are no partial refunds if product is not returned in exact condition it was received by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@portfolio51.com


Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
